Join us for a fantastic workshop with Tom Cleaver of Mr Cleaver's Monsters. Over the course of the day, using Tom's fantastic templates, design, build and operate your own gigantic puppets!
Mr Cleaver is a designer of things. Often very big things. He divides his time between theatre and illustration commissions and the construction of colossal, ceiling-scraping puppets.
He loves Art and is fascinated by science. He believes the two are closely linked. he studies animal anatomy for visual and mechanical inspiration and believes many engineering problems can be solved using Biomimetics (the observation and replication of Natural systems).
