Powerhouse People: Move Authentically
Come and join us for Move Authentically - a new supportive and adaptable aerial hoop and movement programme for neurodivergent adults aged 18+ created in partnership by Imagineer Productions x Deleata Z.
Using low-height aerial hoop alongside gentle conditioning and accessible movement activities, Move Authentically offers a supportive space to explore movement in a way that feels comfortable, flexible and pressure-free.
Over the 8 week block, sessions are designed with a consistent structure to support familiarity and comfort, while still allowing space for choice, rest and different ways of engaging. Participants are encouraged to move in ways that feel right for them, with no pressure to perform or keep up with others.
The focus is on building confidence, improving body awareness and creating a positive relationship with movement in an inclusive and supportive environment.
You’re welcome whether you have a formal diagnosis or simply identify as neurodivergent — or if you feel a calmer, more flexible space works best for you.

👚Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are your friend in The Powerhouse. There are large toilet cubicles for changing, but no showers.
🚽Accessible toilets and baby change available.
🚧Please note there are ongoing demolition works in the surrounding industrial park that may cause additional noise and dust.

No prior experience needed
Activities can be adapted to suit different abilities and comfort levels
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a reusable water bottle which we can refill on-site
Sessions use aerial hoop at a low and accessible height
Sessions follow a consistent structure each week to help participants feel comfortable and familiar in the space
Pricing Information
Cost of 8 sessions is £130.00 (£16.25 per session). Ticket prices are subsidised by Imagineer Productions, with thanks to Arts Council England.
