Powerhouse People: Move Your Way
Come and join us for Move Your Way, a welcoming and accessible aerial hoop and movement programme for over 50s, created in partnership by Imagineer Productions and Deleata Z.
Using low-height aerial hoop alongside mobility exercises and accessible movement activities, Move Your Way offers a gentle introduction to movement in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
With a focus on strength, balance, flexibility and confidence, sessions are designed to support all abilities and experience levels. You’ll be encouraged to move in a way that feels comfortable and sustainable for you, with plenty of opportunities to rest, adapt or progress at your own pace.
This is not about intensity or performance, it’s about reconnecting with your body, building confidence and enjoying movement in a supportive group environment.

We encourage you to use local public transport, for those arriving by car please park in the surrounding residential areas. If you require accessible parking, please contact hello@deleataz.co.uk
👚Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are your friend in The Powerhouse. There are large toilet cubicles for changing, but no showers.
🚽Accessible toilets and baby change available.
🚧Please note there are ongoing demolition works in the surrounding industrial park that may cause additional noise and dust.

Activities can be adapted to suit different abilities and comfort levels
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and bring a reusable water bottle which we can refill on-site
Sessions use aerial hoop at a low and accessible height
These sessions are designed to be welcoming, inclusive and accessible to people who may not feel comfortable in traditional fitness or sports environments.
Pricing Information
Cost of 8 sessions is £130.00 (£16.25 per session). Ticket prices are subsidised by Imagineer Productions, with thanks to Arts Council England.
